Hello, and welcome to my portfolio. My name is Melissa Stott, and I am currently attending the Web Developer Bootcamp through the University of Oregon. I embarked on this journey with the goal of starting a new career that would provide growth opportunities, satisfy my detail-oriented brain, and allow me to flex my creative muscles. I have found that there truly is a zen in coding. Creating a concept, writing the code and then watching it come to life on the computer, is absolutely magical. I work hard to provide a clean code that shows diversity in elements and functions, while always keeping in mind how it will appear for future users of the site. It is my goal to become a back end web developer, but I am also enjoying the front-end design side and the visual gratification that it provides.
